Happy New Year!

How long until you can no longer say Happy New Year...I guess it's still alright on Jan. 9th, right? Well, it's been a long time since I last updated. I've missed you all! I hope you all had a great Christmas and New Years! Although our Christmas was plagued with the stomach bug (yuck!), it was still great getting to spend time with family and friends. One of the highlights of our trip was getting Kaleb dedicated at the church I grew up attending, First Baptist Church. It was so incredibly special to me to have his dedication there b/c that is the same sanctuary where I was baptized almost 18 years ago!! He was quite a ham the whole time and when the pastor held him up in the air to present him to God, he grinned from ear to ear! Our boy doesn't like to be the center of attention at all! ha!

Thanksgiving

We always have so much to be thankful for each year, but this year was very special with the birth of our precious little guy. He is turning into such a big boy right before our very eyes!
We are also so thankful to the Limongellis for always welcoming us into their home for Thanksgiving. We had a great time being with them and their family! They are expecting twins in March, so it will be quite a full house next year!! We are so excited for them. Here are some pics from our weekend!

Alf's family

Alf's Mom and brother came to stay with us for a few days and it was great to see them!! Kaleb enjoyed getting to know his Lola (Grandma) and Tito (Uncle). Here are some pics from their visit. (Oh and by the way, they brought us this adorable Chihuahua puppy, which you will see pics of below, but we didn't keep it.) I'm already too busy these days chasing around a hairless puppy. ha!

First Halloween Party!!

Kaleb had his first Halloween costume party last Friday and it was hilarious to say the least. Within about 2 minutes of putting the costumes on all the babies, they were crying in unison. Who started it? My wonderful King of the Jungle....

Texas trip!

Kaleb and I had such a great time in Texas! We got see all of our family, Great Aunt and cousins included!! K was quite a hit with everyone he came across, not to mention the flight attendants! My boy is a FLIRT!
This trip included many firsts....Kaleb's 1st pumpkin patch, the 1st time he had been to the "country", the 1st time he actually needed a coat and my 1st time to change a poopy diaper on the floor of an airplane. (No, they didn't have a changing a table in the bathroom and the flight was full!! that was fun!)
We are glad to be back though and trying to get into to our old routine...
